Libby has been coming to northern Arizona since the early 70's with her family who camped and explored the white mountains every year. Since the 1980's, Libby, along with her husband Ron and their two children spent one to two weekends a month on the rim from Flagstaff to Alpine. The family excelled in shooting archery tournaments, fishing, camping, hiking and hunting. Often they brought a tribe of neighborhood kids along to camp and to share in and experience nature, create respect and grow a passion for the outdoors. The Grimes have owned property and homes in the white mountains since 2008 and spent five years fixing up their retirement home, which is now their permanent residence in the White Mountains of Arizona. 

Libby has a 30-year career in working in tourism, running a large-scale international convention and planning international meetings and events all over the world. As a Director of Convention, Meetings and Events, a Chief Business Officer, and a large team leader, she has handled every kind of contract, developed a progressive business mindset and a vast skill set to enhance industry strategic planning, sales and profit, performance measurement and improvement, and client development leading to all party’s success. Certified in exhibition management, meeting planning and six sigma, Libby has years of contract negotiations, vendor relationships, sales and marketing, and evidence-based problem solving for diverse targets and objectives. Libby is dedicated to a unified business environment approach and she takes pride in delivering quality assistance to colleagues and clients to find individual and team success.
